Maybe someone can help me out i am running VB on windows 10 host running Linux mint everything is working well except my sound is very low and my screen flickers when i open certain apps like Amarok, firefox and chrome any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks.

i disabled 3D, stopped the flickering any ideas?

Yes: Windows 10 is not supported yet and breakage are to be expected. Please continue any further discussion in the dedicated thread only if the flicker concerns the host itself.
