VirtualBox does not start

I have installed VB on Windows 8.1 32bit. I have not altered anything on installation as in that is not a custom install. I have attached all the VB log files I could find in a zip folder.
I apologise for posting frequently on this subject.

I have split off your posts from the
OP since it is NOT the same issue (not even the same message!)
Seems like you are using 64 bits version of Windows, not 32. Also I think I see the problem - your VirtualBox.xml is corrupted.
In the same folder where you found the VBoxSVC.log, replace the VirtualBox.xml with the VirtualBox.xml-prev file. Make sure the VBoxSVC process is not running before doing that. then try again.
