Host is Os X 10.10.5, guest is Windows 8.1. Cursor is extra large while HiDPI, mouse integration and windows' scale set to "extra large".
If to turn mouse integration off, cursor gets back to normal.
Can someone please suggest how to fix this?

Did you try changing Windows scale back to normal?

I have the same problem, the cursor is too big, and I don't know where to change the windows scale.

I'm experiencing this too. Some info on where some settings are hiding in Windows 10:
An "almost" fix:
Go to: Settings | Devices | Mouse & touchpad | Additional mouse options | Pointers
Click: Enable pointer shadow
Click: Apply
The mouse cursor goes to the correct size, but there's a giant "busy" cursor on top of it. Almost!
Another "semi" fix:
Go to: Settings | Ease of Access | Mouse
From here you can choose pointer size and colour
If you choose black it "looks" a bit smaller.
Note: The cursor is only oversized when mouse integration is enabled. If you disable that the cursor is normal size, but you have to capture and uncapture the mouse every time you switch between host and guest computers.
