Hi !

I have a macbook air with OS X Yosemite and I want to use Linux on a usb key. I explain: Virtual Box is installed on my mac and I want linux to be on usb key. When I put the usb in my mac, I launch VB and I can use Linux.
But I don't know how to do it. I can install Linux directly on the mac but not on a usb key.

Other thing, the Linux is a specific version and I have a ISO.

Thanks ! :D

I think I understand. You want to create a VirtualBox VM on the USB key? You can do that in one of two ways. You can change the default machine folder in VirtualBox to point to the USB Key then create the VM, or you can create the VM on your Mac and move the VM to the USB Key. Moving a VM

Running a guest from a USB key will be rather slow.
