Hosting WinNT4SP6 on Win7 - PCI Resouces issue

Hello everybody,
i am trying to host a WinNT4SP6 system with Virtualbox on a Win7 system. Everything is working fine, but i need somehow to find a way to exchange files between the host system and WinNT4. Shared folder does not work, USB won't work, so i am trying to get the host-only network going. I already installed different ethernet adapters in WinNT, all with the same issue: "The driver was unable to claim PC resources. Please remove unused driver instances from the network control panel applet."
Hostwise everything is installed correctly. The additional host-only adapter is shown in the device manager and the guest additions are installed.
How am i able to exchange files between the two systems? Is there even an easier way to exchange files?
