Mini-Toolbar removed from OSX Hosts?

I don't normally use the mini-toolbar so I didn't notice it was missing. I tried it on three different models of Macs running OSX 10.10.5. Apparently the preference to enable or disable it is also gone. Using the current VB test build for OSX. 5.0.3 r102467
