Hi
I am using Windows 8.1 host with VB 5.0.2r with VB Extension pack 5.02r.

For some reason every time I start my VM all my host usb ports go dead. I am running clean install of windows 8.1. Also had the same problem when I running a clean install of win 10.

Background Info. Before I run VB all usb work normally. Once I am done with my VM I have rest my host box to get the usb to start working again.

Make sure you do not have a blank filter in the USB settings. This will mount all USB devices and since USB devices are a one-to-one device your host will loose them.
