Cmd for assigning a range of ports of host to nat network

Hi,
Is there any command for assigning a range of ports of host to NAT network for port forwarding. I am having a scenario where i need my public pc to send rtp packet. It is chosing rtp port between (16384 and 32767). So is it possible to give multiple range of ports in port forwarding?. I have just started on NAT, so i am still learning.
Thanks,
Pradeep
