Qiime Shared_Folder on Virtual Box

Hello,
I am using Qiime via virtual box. However, the Shared_Folder that I am trying to connect to Qiime via virtual box is locked. For some reason Windows is not giving permission to the Virtual Box to make changes to the folder or files there. Do you know how this issue can be addressed?
