Windows guest does not see CD

I am running XP as a guest on Mint, and wanted to install a program in Windows. But the CD loads in the host but does not show up in the guest.

There must be some detail that I don't see. I couldn't find anything in Settings.

Settings|Storage. Make sure the VM's virtual CD drive is mapped to the host drive. See user manual.
