VirtualBox Manager won't startup

i cant open virtualbox, i never installed it before today, i have virtualization enabled, virtualbox has never opened even once please help me.
when i try to open virtualbox i get this message
Failed to create the VirtualBoxClient COM object.
The application will now terminate.

i'm running a 32 bit windows 7 ultimate. I don't have access to a wired connection, i actually share a wireless connection with the the other residents, and am not within my rights to do anything to the network source.
