More Windows 10 not working as host

Tried uninstalling Oracle VB then installing VirtualBox-5.0.51-102375-Win.
Previously I could get an existing VM (Windows 10 TP X64) to work by starting it 4 times. First 3 always failed the 4th always worked.

Now I can't get it to start no matter how many times I start it. Also tried creating a new VM from scratch, same errors, as follows:

I have the Startup.log file but can't see any way to post it here. Too big to copy and paste and I don't see how to attach a zip file. Found it!

Build 5.0.3r 102467 resolved my problem.

All existing VMs now work correctly, first time and every time.
