Windows 7 x64 Guest - BSOD from every windows host

Every time I try to start a windows host either x86 or x64 a get the same BSOD. I've atached some print screens and the minidump.
Failed to open a session for the virtual machine DIGSI5 PRE.

The virtual machine 'DIGSI5 PRE' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code 1 (0x1).

Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005)

Does anyone have a clue? I can't use any vm and i've tried everything i could think of.

Try googling this:

See what you get.

Also the PC running Virtualbox is the "host". The Virtualbox machines you make are the "guests". You have the terminology backwards. Will help when asking further questions.
