I dont know, but what happens if you choose "bridged network adapter" and point it to use the wifi adapter?

With bridged network adapter it works but i can't disable de wifi network on host OS.
The host OS is Windows 8.1, the guest OS is Windows XP.

Topic moved to "Windows Hosts".
Your Q actually has nothing to do with VirtualBox. To prevent a Windows host from accessing the network via a certain network card, just disable the TCP service on that card. The guest implements its own stack and will not be affected if using bridged mode.

Thanks, didn't remeber that solution, i will try. It's not perfect but it should work.
Now have another problem, the keyboard just works in one machine at a time, in the Host or in the Guest, acessing the devices -> usb menu...
