Moving From VB 4.3.30 to 4.3.28

Is it possible to move from version 4.3.30 to a previous version 4.3.28 (I am getting a blue screen when I hibernate my computer and it started when I installed the 4.3.30 version)? What happens with all the virtual machines that I have created? Will they still run?

Yes you can downgrade between maintenance version and yes your VMs will still run.
