a problem i think only for mac hosts - bad and buggy sound with guests like win xp or Win 7
if i use the same guest in Win 7 Host - no problem
On Mac i have to change to VB 4
any advice?

Are you using a Thunderbolt display or an external DAC? Some people are reporting problems with those.

Thank you - it solved my problem- the midi option - if i start win 7 client or win Xp client everything is fine
But if i try to start an older game like age of empire in win xp the sound is better as before but not very good.
Using the version 5.051 - nothing changed

The sound of early games may not be good because the sound of early games weren't meant to be played on modern audio cards.
