Critical error, win8.1 host, win8.1 and ubuntu guests

Hi all,
This is my first post, so if I'm posting on the wrong section please let me know.
I got a win8.1 host with 2 guest, one win8.1 and another a ubuntu 14.06.
I had occasional errors but allways thought it was my low RAM that was causing them (I had only 4G on the RAM).
On Friday i added 16GB to the pc, and now I got 20GB RAM on my host pc.
This morning, I shut down the guest normally without any problem. Now Iºm trying to start them and got this critical error... don't have a clue what is it about.
The host PC got a motherboard Asus M5A99X with a 8 core AMD processor FX-8350 4GHz, 20GB RAM.
My host os is installed in drive C: and my guests are on drive F: (due to space limitations)...
Attached are the log files for both guest... they both crash on start up...
Anyone can help?
