Virtualbox Installation Error

Hello,

I installed Windows 10 on my computer. I tried to install Virtualbox but I got this error:

NetLwf will be installed ...
Installing 1 INF files ...
Installing INF file "C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox\drivers\network\netlwf\VBoxNetLwf.inf" ...
Install failed, hr (0x80070005)
VBoxNetCfgWinInstallComponent failed, hr (0x80070005)
Installation failed, rolling back installation set ...

0x80070005 means access denied but I started it as admin. How can I fix this error?

Yes because before all worked fine. On my other pc and on my notebook virtualbox is running good on windows 10..
Is there a fix or workaround? When I remove network driver from installing virtualbox installs fine. Can I install the network driver manually?

From which source this snippet?
Would you repeat your installation with logging (--logging)? and upload here full installation log.

looks similar to https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/14040.
you uses Virtualbox release 5.0.2-102096. Possibly, this issue will be solved in build 102223.

couple questions for memory:
did you install Win10 from scratch or update Win8?
if you upgraded Win8, Virtualbox had been already installed before upgrade or not?

I made a fresh win10 installation. No update from win8.

I also have made a fresh win10 installation. Then VBox5.0 official release was installed. Installation was successful, no errors. Run couple VMs with Ubuntu12 and Win7. It works too.
So locally, i can't reproduce this issue.
what kind of network adapter on your host machine?
