Guest works for a period, then stops logging, running

Host: Win 10
VB: 5.0.2
Guest: Mint Cinnamon
The guest opens "normally" I click on various items, get responses. Then the screen goes black. Power off at 12m:39s. No obvious errors (to me).
I am new to VBox and would like to have so on-going help.
