00:00:05.865242 Host RAM: 1714MB total, 535MB available
00:00:06.557591 RamSize <integer> = 0x0000000030000000 (805 306 368, 768 MB)
00:04:32.325234 VM: Raising runtime error 'HostMemoryLow' (fFlags=0x2)
00:00:06.558012 HM: HMR3Init: Falling back to raw-mode: VT-x is disabled in the BIOS for both all CPU modes
Over committed RAM and VT-x is disabled. You really need to add more memory to the host.

Thanks for the help, I fixed the RAM (I didn't enable VT-x) and I have no problems so far.
