Critical error while installing Debian

Critical error while installing Debian

Happens every time I try to install Debian. Here's the log file and also the png file.

Host: Windows XP

Guest: Debian Jessie

Over committed RAM and VT-x is disabled. You really need to add more memory to the host.

Thanks for the help, I fixed the RAM (I didn't enable VT-x) and I have no problems so far.
