Version 5.0.2 fails to install on Windows 7 Enterprise

Hi,
Version 5.0.2 fails to install on my Windows 7 Enterprise. (Re-)Installing 5.0.0 works fine. The checksum is ok of the installation exe. The same downloaded exe installs fine on 2 Windows 10 machines.
Installation comes to the step when it says "Status: Copying new files", and when the progress bar reaches about 75% it suddenly goes backwards and it says now "Status: Rolling back action:". The next dialog says "Oracle VM VirtualBox 5.0.2 Setup Wizard ended prematurely", "Oracle VM VirtualBox 5.0.2 Setup Wizard ended prematurely because of an error. Your system has not been modified. To install this program at a later time, run Setup Wizard again. Click the Finish button to exit the Setup Wizard.".
I've tested to reboot several times, uninstall 5.0.0 separately before installing 5.0.2.
When I run the installer with --logging it looks like the installation fails on VBoxUSB.inf. 4 lines from the log are below and I've attached part of the log that I think is of interest.
OS: Windows 7 Enterprise SP1
