Cannot start VM in VirtualBox

Hi together,

yesterday I installed VirtualBox 5 to be run on an Windows 10 Pro-System. VirtualBox is running, but when I try to start a Virtual Machine to install an OS (in this case Windows 8.1 Pro) on this VirtualBox, I always receive an error message:

Does anybody know, how to solve this problem?

I would like to run Windows 8.1 Pro on a Virtual Machine on my PC running Windows 10 Pro!
