I am a Newb to this software and my is USB always Busy!

Once again showing what an absolute newb I am but how do I check that?

Using the task manager (right lick in task bar > Task Manager). You will see some basic information about CPU & memory usage. Keep an eye on the CPU usage as you play with the VM and the USB.

THe percentage of the CPU being used goes up by around 2% but that is a tiny amount of the CPU being used it never really gets over 30% usage at one time.
