How do I adjust the screen resolution for Debian 8.1?

Hi,
I would like to adjust the screen resolution for my Debian 8.1 Virtual Machine, from 1024x768 to 1366x768 (which for me would be full screen). This machine is running in VirtualBox 5 on 64-bit Windows 10, if you think this is a Windows 10-specific problem well I received the free upgrade from Windows 7 and when running Windows 7 I had the same issue with my Fedora machine (although it was only after the upgrade I setup my Debian machine) and I haven't noticed any new VirtualBox issues since upgrading, so I somehow doubt Windows 10 is to blame. Neither "Seamless Mode" nor "Auto-resize Guest Display" options are allowed under the, "View" drop-down menu. I have six other Virtual machines installed on my PC, for each of the following OSs (each 64-bit):
