All guests fail boot loop

Have virtualbox 5.0 running on win8.1 flawless... Upgraded to win10.. Still worked flawless.. I noticed in task mgr that it said virtualization was disabled in bios.. Even though I was able to run 5 linex VM wo issue... Once I went back to bios and enabled virtualization again (which should've never been changed by a simple OS upgrade) things went south fast.. All VM then went into infinite boot loop. I tried going back and turning virtualization off and had error for host not supporting virtualization in bios. Changed back and boot loop. Removed virtualbox and reinstalled.. Boot loop.. Reloaded fresh ova and boot loop.. Downloaded fresh ISO and installed and boot loop.. Tried 10x different ISO and OS versions of the droid OS I'm trying to run.. All same boot loop.. I have two other computers wo issue all,working fine still. I even formated the HD and reinstalled win8 from scratch. Still stuck on boot loop.. I can download an emulator that runs off VB amd it works fine.. (Andy emulator) but every attempt to load an actual ISO I get to the HDd install screen after mounting the ISO and it loops.. If I load in OVA format it loops on boot.. This is clearly something inside virtualbox itself but I'm exhausted from googling, you tubing and trying different settings.. Anyone seen this before?

This is all happening on and HP laptop running 8gb ram and AMD A8 5550M I have seen in past that people have had virtualization issues with droid and AMD but it was running fine for months. One of my other laptops is running AMD as well and no issues.. Virtualization shows active in task mgr too! . The only ISO I've managed to get to install even though it didn't work properly is and old Asus specific ISO (trying one clearly made for AMD)

I'm no IT professional or coding specialist.. Just someone playing around.. So please keep things in simple terms please
