Code: Select all

00:00:02.182839 Network <string> = "HostInterfaceNetworking-802.11n USB Wireless LAN Card" (cb=54)
First you need to know that not all wireless cards allow for bridged networking. That and some routers have real problems with 2nd MAC addresses so these would need to have some tweaking if they are going to work, but that is outside the scope of this forum.

Code: Select all

00:00:04.995417 Guest Log: BIOS: Booting from CD-ROM...
Next the log shows you are booting from CD. This in and of itself should not be a problem but some configuration changes are lost on reboot because there is no way to store them. You might want to consider installing instead of livecd.

hmm So what would you suggest me to do? I mean there must be a way to fix this?

Well that would require you asking the Debian forums how to install/use their product. Most LiveCDs come with an install function once booted, or there is a command you run at the TTY.

Keep in mind that this may help but not necessarily fix your Bridged to wireless which needs to be addressed separately.

I can tell you that Pentesting normally requires you to have the adapter installed in the guest. Wireless pentesting also requires the direct connection to the device and for that you would need a USB wireless client and specialized drivers in the guest. Here again except for the USB connection to the guest the rest is outside the scope of this forum and better asked at the OSes forum.

Nope. Plus VirtualBox does not support nested virtualization, so running a host as guest is not going to work out well for you.

That would be a question for whom ever is teaching you how to do all of this. I have already told you that routers can be an issue when trying to use wireless bridged. I can not do this for you remotely so you will have to do that or get someone local to help you.

Sorry I'm done until you have a real issue that has to do with VirtualBox.
