New VirtualBox virtual machine after new install of test build of VirtualBox 5.0.101955 and Extension Pack 5.0.101934 crashes with the following error:
Failed to open a session for the virtual machine Microsoft Windows 10 Virtual Machine.

Failed to load VMMR0.r0 (VERR_VMM_SMAP_BUT_AC_CLEAR).

If you roll back to VB 5.0.0 it should work.

VB 5.0.0 does indeed work, but there are issues with the Mic and Video Drivers in relation to Skype on that version, I had intended to try the test build in hopes of resolving that issue only to find this new issue. I'm not experienced in submitting trouble tickets or bug reports, could someone do that for me or guide me through the process?

The problem appears to be fixed in the latest test build (5.0.3r102220).
