Can to run VB on win7 32bit

Did a search on this and did all that was in the forum that I could find.
Would like to be able to use this program.

Ok I got it to work .

Well like a lot of times it is not working. I set up my virtual computer and then tryed to run it.
Got the same error. See photo
Is this system all way this hard to make it work. I been on it for two days now.

I got my virtual computer set up at last.
Now what I would like to know is "Can I put Linux os on the virtual computer even know I am running windows 7 on the real computer"?
I am going to school to be come a white hat hacker. Hopefully I can find a job some place and do some good.

Well at long last I have virtualbox and kali linux run.
