VirtualBox 1.6.0 Headless RDP Keyboard & Mouse issue.

Hello,
I'm in the process of migrating off of VMWare and I've been testing VirtualBox out.
I have VBox running on Fedora 9 and I've started the install of Windows Server 2003 R2. Connected via RDP, booted of the iso image and made it to the point that the W2K3 VM rebooted. I'm sitting at a Windows sign-on screen and none of my keyboard mappings seem to work. I cannot for the life of me Ctrl-Alt-Del to get the sign-on screen so I can enter the administrator credentials in order to complete the installation.
'This is a remote headless system.
The product is great, BUT.... of course, they really need the ability to manage the VM's remotely via a browser.
Regards
Bob
