Is Win10 the host or the guest?

If the former, then see "security" discussion stickied at the top of this forum. In particular read the first post about diagnostics you need to provide when posting there.

And note that Win10 is not yet a supported host.

I'm using Windows 10 Pro and Virtual Box 5.0.0.
I had many problems, but now everything is working fine.
So, I change compatibility mode of VirtualBox.exe to Windows8 and all network interfaces are OK.
I use 4 interface for each machine(I have 3 machines for Oracle RCA and Tibero TAC).
Each machine use 1 interface for public acess from windows, another interface for my private network, another for intercommunication , and another for access the first vm (Storage emulation under iscsci).
