Graphics Freeze when I try to install win7 Unable to use VB

Ive tried many things to get it to work right. I even installed 4.3 to no avail. Every time I try to install windows the GUI freezes but the preview shows the startup screen for windows. After it freezes the VM quits responding. Ive fiddled with a few settings here and there but nothing seems to work. My windows iso is good, ive used it many times without any kind of trouble. See the snapshot I attached. It's very frustrating to see this. I really want to test the windows 10 in the vm before I finally decide to update but I can't because of this problem. Does anyone have any ideas? PS if I click on the window it whites out and stops cold.
