Installation of Virtual Box failed in Windows 10 Pro 64Bit

I tried to install Virtual Box 5.0.0.-101573 but the installation stopped with an error and it rolled back. Has anybody an Idea?

If you have a problem installing on a Win10 host then see the existing sticky topic in the "Windows Hosts" forum.
