WinVerifyTrust error 22919 everytime i restart my machine

Hi everyone,
after so many months and so many VB version I decided to open this topic.
This problem started with the version 4.3.x and now continue with the new version 5.
Basically everytime I restart my PC... when I try to run virtualbox I have the error in attachment.
Everytime I need to reinstall virtualbox, select repair... and restart the machine.
After that... no issue till the next restart. Is a loop.
Someone can help me please? I'm pretty sick and tired about that.
What can I do for help you? Where I can find the log to attach?

Just to be clear:
I have this problem when I run VirtualBox.exe... no the VirtualMachine.
I can not run the VirtualMachine because I can not run VirtualBox.exe first.

I tried to install just now the version 4.0.32... and without restart all is good!
