vboxguest.sys system verification error virtualbox 5 on windows 10 and the guest is Windows 10
Not sure what is the issue with this error can't make windows 10 to load in virtualbox 5
this happen when I try to install the virtualbox on the guest windows 10
after restart as required can't make it to load.

Two things, VirtualBox doesn't support nested hypervisors so you can't install VirtualBox in a guest running in VirtualBox. The second thing is, Windows 10 is not supported as a host or guest in VirtualBox 5.0. It will be eventually.

then crashed.I am trying to refresh my PC option in windows 10, try to see if it going to solved !!

I'm able to get it into safe mode once I remove the VBoxGuest.sys file using Windows Command Prompt in repair mode. I "installed" the certificate but there is still the error when reapplying the drivers.
