No Shared Folder for Windows Guests
I have to be doing something wrong but can't find what in the documentation.
Intel i7 box running Ubuntu 15.04 and VB 5.0.0 with the guest package installed. Shared file named in VB settings
Windows 7: The network path was not found (\\vboxsvr\VBShared)
Widnows XP SP2: Opened Explorer, cannot find shared drive under Network

When asking questions please provide a maximum of one log file, as a zipped attachment.
As to what you are doing wrong, well the first is that you are posting on the wrong website! You are using the Ubuntu fork of VirtualBox, which means you should be posting on the Ubuntu forum.
Second, in the one log I looked at, you have selected an XP (64 bit). It is highly unlikely you installed a 64bit version of XP.
Third, I find no evidence that you have installed the Guest Additions, which are what implements the shared folder feature inside the guest.
