I am trying to create a Kali Linux VM on OS X 10.10.4 using VirtualBox 5.0 and Kali Linux 1.1.0a. I assign 4GB RAM, 96 GB drive and the network is bridged. The install proceeds normally and reboots. On the second reboot, I get this error:

Failed to open a session for the virtual machine Kali.

The VM session was aborted.

Help would be appreciated.

Here is the log from my latest attempt. This time I got as far as installing the tools before the VM became unusable.
