kernel32.dll [lacks WinVerifyTrust]

VB ver 5 and Win7. I install VB and got this error when trying to start the VM
Failed to open a session for the virtual machine Debian.
The virtual machine 'Debian' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code 1 (0x1). More details may be available in 'C:\Users\User\VirtualBox VMs\Debian\Logs\VBoxStartup.log'.
Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005)

Looking in the log I saw this: 81c.1618: supR3HardenedScreenImage/NtCreateSection: cache hit (Unknown Status 22900 (0x5974)) on \Device\HarddiskVolume3\Windows\System32\kernel32.dll [lacks WinVerifyTrust]
I updated my Windows and noticed that the update included a new version of kernel32.dll This means that it is an unmodified dll so at this stage I do not know how to solev this problem
