Copy and Paste?

Hi,

Ok, my laptop is: Macbook Pro and I use Yosemite.

I downloaded the latest version of VirtualBox and downloaded Windows 7 on it.

I am unable to copy and paste between systems.

I have the Shared Clipboard at BiDirectional. Devices are sharing clipboard.

I have read about guest additions. I cannot find where to download this... cannot someone point me there? Is this what I need? If so, do I download it onto my Mac or onto VirtualBox?

The guest additions are part of the VirtualBox App. With the the guest open, select Insert Guest Additions CD… from the Devices menu. It will mount in the sidebar of Winows Explorer. Run the .exe file.
