VM's first start gives crash V5

Hi,
When I first open Virtualbox and try starting any VM, the VM crashes before OS start. log image simply shows the Oracle starting screen. Immediatly starting the VM again always works.

VB 5, win 8.1, AMD FX 6350

no probs in 4.x

Both my crash reports dont have much information. I will give more if needed, but I am guessing I am not the only one.

Reverting to 4.x. Cant keep a VM up for a day, first start crashes every time, with host sleep issue means 5 is currenlty useless.

And until we receive an actual bug report with detailed information, it's not likely to change, either.
