Windows 7 Host physical MAC ID available via Guest?

Hi all - I have a security type of question and I haven't been able to find the answer to it. If someone sets up a Virtual box guest machine (any guest OS version) on a Windows 7 host, is there any way to determine the host machine's physical MAC address only knowing the guest's IP and virtual MAC address? I know that the virtual MAC can be changed in setup, but if someone were to set up a rogue guest, is there any way to isolate the actual host machine's MAC address?
If anyone knows this, I would like to find out.

Not that I'm aware of.
The host's MAC address is irrelevant to the guest, so I don't know why the guest would have an API to expose that information. And that's ignoring the fact that MAC addresses's themselves are pretty irrelevant unless you're implementing a DHCP server or otherwise working at Ethernet LAN level.
Two options: you are either using NAT, or you're using bridged. In the NAT case the outside world communicates with the host, so your entire line of thinking is moot. In the bridged networking case the PC is an equal participant on the host peer to peer network - there would be no way to distinguish the host from any of its peers.
