Full screen in Virtualbox

I can't get my Windows image in VB full screen, I know that this is easy but I can't remember how to do it.
if you install guest additions (chapter 4, User manual), then you can use host key + F
the default host key is set to the Right Control key (this is changeable). and to get out of full screen, you just reissue the key combo again.
