the message "end kernel panic not syncing" sits there as i try to install ubuntu 14.0.4.2 as guest


The version of VirtualBox is 5.0.0
Guest Additions not installed

Host
is a windows 7 64 bit 4gb ram
vaio e series i7

Guest
is ubuntu 14.0.4.2 wit 1.5gb ram

VM log file is attached
