[SOLVED] Windows XP 64-Bit not working in Win 7 (E_FAIL)

(Sorry, for the double post but I think the topic actually fits in here more than the other topic. Sorry about that)
Here is the problem:
Since I installed VB 5.0, Windows XP installation doesn't work anymore. Every time I try to boot from the ISO (installing Windows XP) it always gives me following error:
VBoxStartupLog:
pastebin(dot)com/JNE3zu44
VBoxLog:
pastebin(dot)com/XWVCH8Tj
Of course (dot) is replaced with .
I don't know what causes this error, but it's really annoying me and I don't want to downgrade on earlier versions or anything. If there's a solution, I would be very thankful because any solutions I tried so far didn't solve the problem except downgrading to 4.1.xx which worked. But anything higher is giving me E_FAIL.
