Host Internet slow in bridge network Guest Cent os

Hello,
More than few month study about the topics. but do not find any info in internet. just find a similar topics in but the issue unsolved

So I have windows7 and guest have cent os . guest use as bridge mode. so its look like a physical network card. after running cent os its work fine with the internet. but host is really slow. almost 5-10k internet even less. please solve the problem. try many way not yet find the solution. what is the reason bridge mode host internet slow. But if I use nat its work fine . No problem in host internet or guest internet speed. So please if anyone no the answer. Try to give me solution. Really appreciated for a great help. Thanks

Usually this is caused by outdated host drivers for the network adapter. I would see if there is a new driver available and install it then see if it helps.

Hi its a wrong answer. no. Just need another lan with nat mode. So I solve the problem today. Thanks for your answer.

Not a wrong answer, just not the one you had to use. As I said usually this is the problem, not always the problem.

So what I should do? I through problem solve but until today do not solve. 2 days its fine. but after 2 days again problem. for 2 years study about it. what is the reason. Do not find the solution yet

I am using Hpz820 workstation.
