Host: Windows 7 Ultimate
Guest: Ubuntu 32 bit
The Nat is working. I can connect within the guest when settings are on NAT.
But if I try Bridged, it does not connect (when in the guest).
Attached is a zip of my logs.
Please help.

Ubuntu should be using the Intel pro mt desktop adapter and not the PC-Net that you have selected.

Do you at least get an IP in the guest?

No, nothing in bridged mode.
Absolutely nothing... I can't even go to google.com, let alone whatismyip.com
But in NAT, it works fine.

I see you're briding on a Wireless card, which is not guaranteed to work due to wireless possible restrictions in hardware, firmware & drivers.
Have a look at
Bridging & Wifi - Supported hardware to see if there is a match, or post your own config.
