XP won't install

I have installed Vbox ok on its own drive. I downloaded Windows10_InsiderPreview_x32_EN-US_10162.iso onto the root of that drive, created a new virtual machine and installed win10 from the iso OK. This machine is running fine. I then downloaded xpsp3_5512.080413-2113_usa_x86fre_spcd.iso from the MS site and created a second new virtual machine. On first running this I browsed to the XP iso but this machine says it cannot find a bootable media. What am I missing here?

A search on that ISO name shows it's the sp3 update disc not a full OS install disc. That ISO won't do you any good until you get a full install disc of XP.
