I am running VirtualBox 4.3.30 and I found the following multiple times in my log file any idea on how to fix this?
OHCI#0: Lagging too far behind, not trying to catch up anymore. Expect glitches with USB devices

These kinds of problems that are reproducible should be reported to bugtracker.
It would also help if you can post the ticket number here so other can see the progress, add information, or see the final results.
