Need to get Virtualbox menus, etc, in English again...

In short, I am currently using an English (American) copy of Windows 8 and my PC is set so that the date, time, and location are all set to Japanese values (so the date and time appear in Japanese format, and my location is set to Tokyo).
As a result (?) everything in Virtualbox is in Japanese now... the menus, the information windows, the popups... is there any way I can get all of that in English again without changing my computer's settings?
