Hi Developers,

The virtualbox 5 Release is still dropping and re-connecting the Networking continusly at random, frequent intervals.
I run a Windows 7 x64 Host OS with Windows 7 x64 Guest OS, Windows 32bit XP Guest OS and Ubuntu x64 Guest OS's all showing the same issues.

Hardware configuration:
CPU - Intel i5-2500 Sandy Bridge-DT
Motherboard - Gigabyte Z68XP-D3 Mainboard.
Network Card - RealTek Semiconductor RTL8168/8111 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC
Driver Version - 6.252.1109.2012
Memeory - 16 GB GSkill DDR3 F3-12800CL10-8GBXL - x2 modules.
GPU - NVIDIA GeForce GT 430

Software configuration:
Host OS - Microsoft Windows 7 x64
Guest OS's - Various. Windows 7 x64 Guest OS, Windows 32bit XP Guest OS and Ubuntu x64 Guest OS's

VirtualBox Configuration:
System:
Motherboard Set to ICH9 chipset and USB Tablet with Enable I/O APIC ticked.
Processor Set to x4 modules
Acceleration Set to Hyper-V with VT-x/AMD-V ticked and Enable Nested Paging also ticked.
Network Intel Pro/1000 MT Desktop (82540OEM)
Attached to: NAT

Issue: Random and FREQUENT network dropping and re-connection causing VPN tunnels under the Guest OS's to disconnect and make work impossible.
Virtualbox 4.3.20 does not have these issues, I have required to roll back.
